You were blessed the day after Christmas by your daddy in Grampa and Grammy's ward at 11:00 a.m. There were so many people there for your special occasion! Of course Grampa and Grammy were there, GranEllen and GranTim, GreatGamma, Nana, GG Penny, Uncles James, Brennan, Drew, Aunts Elana and Elisa, Auntie CC, Towse Family, Christiansen Family, Ahrens Family, and Wilkinson Family! Standing with daddy for the blessing was Grampa, GranTim, Uncle Drew and James, and my uncle Dalin. Your daddy pronounced a beautiful blessing that made both him and me cry :) We just feel so blessed to have you in our family!
GranEllen helped change you into your gorgeous blessing gown in the mother's room at the church. You looked so precious! I couldn't help think about how this is the first dress of many important white dresses you will be wearing in your life :) I couldn't think about it too much, though, because it was making me tear up already and you hadn't even been blessed yet!
GranEllen brought this christening dress back from Belgium for all her grandchildren to be blessed in. She plans on embroidering each name on the underside as a family heirloom. And you get to be the first! It's also neat because the ancestor you're named after, Celestina, was from Belgium :)
