As you can see, you loved camping! This is at about 7 am, 30 or so degrees outside. Who would have thought it was such crazy conditions by looking at your gorgeous smile ?! You were quite the trooper! We spent the night up in the mountains of Ruidoso last weekend and once again, you just came right along, enjoying the new sites and breathing the fresh mountain air! Right when we got there we went out for a little hike which turned into a 5 mile, 5 hour hike, finally getting back to our car at night. You slept through the first part of it but towards the end you just wanted to be out of the carrier and into a warm bed! I wouldn't blame you! Mommy's legs were dying and all she wanted to do was eat and curl up in a nice warm bed, too! We got to do just that and stayed snuggled together in my sleeping bag all night long. It's a good thing daddy knows how to buy good stuff because even though it got down to 23 degrees that night, we stayed nice and warm, all together in our tent :) Can't wait to do it again!

Your First Camping Trip!
