Amazingly, we didn't have to wait to tell your grandparents about you! We already had a Utah trip scheduled to go and visit the fam the weekend after we found out we were pregnant with you! (It's so convenient having families that live 5 minutes from each other!) So, on Friday, February 27 your dad and I planned an evening out with the whole family! If we had known that the only place that would fit all 11 of us in with no wait was a sushi restaurant, I would have done Plan A: special order our own fortune cookies from an internet site and have every single fortune read--"There will soon be a new addition to the family! Congratulations!" But we had to go with Plan B instead: stand up to take a picture of the whole group and right before you take the picture shout, "Smile! We're going to have a baby!!" Then snap a picture of all the reactions. Well, that's what we did, only...both your dad and I stood up, him with a camera and me with my phone to get a video, and we didn't exactly say it at the same time or loud enough...so everyone was just a little confused for a second. You'll see when you watch the video, it's kinda funny :) Of course, once everyone caught on, there were shouts of joy and lots of hugs!
